Fixed-Price model

Cloudgraff’s fixed time & price model offers a low-risk option and can be employed when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. In this model deliverables, cost and timelines are defined up-front. During these engagements we follow a phased approach that includes scoping, development, implementation and business support.

Blended model

Based on our experience, we’ve found that often it becomes necessary to execute majority of project deliverables on a Fixed Price basis and simultaneously deploy resources on Time and Materials basis. Cloudgraff has mastered the blended model which enables the client to maximize their budget without compromising any aspect of the project.

Time & material model

When scope, specification and implementation plans of a project are not easy to define at the outset, the Time & material model becomes an attractive option. Under this model, the client pays per resource utilization. We follow very strict project management and reporting practices whereby task sheets are generated on a daily / weekly basis for each consultant on the project. Cloudgraff forms project teams with the required team members, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on the project requirements.

Offsite dedicated Resource model

In this model Cloudgraff reserves resources, equipment and infrastructure, exclusively for the client. Whilst such a model is normally for a pre-determined minimal period of time, it allows the client to leverage the talent pool of Cloudgraff, the cost effectiveness of such an offering and the superiority of our Project Management. We jointly identify and manage resources with complete transparency, this dedicated team works as an extension to the client’s onsite team.
